Shipping

Nearly all gifts are ready for shipment the same day or the next day. By default, we ship UPS ground (UPS guarantees to deliver within 6 days). Additional charges apply for two day, overnight or Saturday deliveries.

We offer same day delivery in the Denver metro area. If you are in the area, you can even pick your gift up on the way to an event.

With the addition of new customs laws, we no longer ship internationally.

Guarantee/Return Policy

We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, please call us at 800-362-9977 to determine what action is needed.

Due to the nature of our gifts, returns are not accepted.

We are a Colorado based business and are legally obligated to collect applicable taxes for items shipped to destinations within the state of Colorado.
